Introduction to Injury Rehab:
ADP’s general physical preparation program (GPP) aims to provide an overall risk reduction to injury occurrence in the youth population. However, not all injuries can be prevented and therefore need to be managed through structured rehabilitation and activity modifications.
Physiotherapy Centre Bendigo (PCB) provides a physiotherapy service that can be accessed by all ADP student-athletes. The ADP Strength and Conditioning staff work in collaboration with PCB to manage injuries and return to play programs.
