ADP Associate Program

The ADP Associate Program provides Bendigo South East College students with access to structured strength, movement and physical conditioning within the Athlete Development Program (ADP).

Designed specifically for adolescents, the program aims to build the physical foundations that support sporting performance, injury resilience and long-term participation in exercise.

Sessions are prescribed and delivered by ASCA accredited coaches and take place in the BSE ADP Gym.

What do sessions involve?

The Associate Program sessions focus on developing a broad range of physical qualities through age-appropriate training, including:

  • Mobility and flexibility
  • General strength and conditioning
  • Running technique and movement skills
  • Coordination and athletic movement

Training is structured to provide students with a safe and supportive introduction to strength and conditioning while helping them develop confidence and competency within a gym environment.
